Warranty Policy
The Warranty starts from the date of sale to the End User. If the receipt document cannot be provided, the warranty period will be calculated according to the serial number of your pool cleaner.
- Before sending your product for repair, please remove any customized decorations and items on it (including but not limited to decorative stickers, paintings, etc.). Chasing will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to these customized decorations and items.
- Certain parts have varying warranty periods due to durability and wear; please contact after-sales service for details.
- Damages caused by human and external factors are not covered by the warranty. The results of the after-sales center test shall prevail.
